Responsibilities:
• The candidate must have a thorough understanding of the SDLC and Software Quality Assurance concepts and best practices.
• 8 years' experience in software testing.
• Also, the candidate must have proven working knowledge of testing methodologies and be able to manage defects and develop QA metrics.
• HP/Mercury Quality Center experience is required for this position.
• Mainframe programming, scripting or experience in test automation a plus.
• Must have the ability to work closely with other teams, facilitate meetings and be able to interact with both technical and business team members.
• The candidate must have working knowledge of supporting protocols that support software development efforts for mainframe and distributed environments.
