Job Description Summary

This position embodies an exceptional customer service experience to the client/colleague/end user in a corporate environment for a global professional services firm.
The Mailroom Clerk's primary focus is building relationships with our client while providing important office services support. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting Mail/Copy/Print services and other office related tasks. To help you thrive, we provide a detailed onsite training program, an excellent support structure and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

  • Pay: $22hr.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:00am-4:00pm).
  • Position requires to travel daily between Hospital locations in compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
  • You will be required to deliver mail daily to our locations in Somerville and Cambridge. Then you will report into our Woburn location for the remainder of the day.
  • Sort by station and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and copy projects. 
  • Receive and deliver all incoming packages (i.e. FedEx, UPS, Airborne, Eastern Connection etc.). 
  • Pick up and deliver copy jobs, faxes and packages. 
  • Keep daily records of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 
  • Sorting, look-up, proper marking and direction of all U.S.P.S. mail, overnight and interoffice mail. 
  • Advise user of mailroom procedures and mailing operations. 
  • Proper procedures will be set, updated when necessary, and adhered to at all time.
