Fulfillment Associate (1st Shift | Monday–Friday)

Ready to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your attention to detail truly matters? A growing and well-established production company is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support daily shipping, packaging, and inventory operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $19-22/hr.

What You'll Do:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Verify order accuracy and maintain quality standards
  • Manage inventory and fulfill stored orders
  • Update order and inventory data within an ERP system
  • Collaborate with shipping and mailroom teams to meet daily deadlines

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Comfortable using ERP systems and Outlook
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
