Job Description Mailing Operator Location: Plymouth, MI Compensation: Competitive Pay, DOE Full-Time, Permanent Position Are you experienced in mail processing, machine operation, and keeping production moving efficiently. We're looking for a detail-oriented Mailing Operator who takes pride in accuracy, quality, and meeting deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable team where your experience operating mailing equipment and managing high-volume mail processing will be valued.

What You'll Do Operate mailing equipment including inserters, postage meters, sorting machines, and related production equipment Prepare, process, and distribute outgoing mail and packages accurately and efficiently Monitor workflow to ensure production schedules and mailing deadlines are met Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic machine maintenance as needed Verify addresses, postage, and mail sorting accuracy to maintain quality standards Coordinate with internal teams on bulk mailings and special distribution projects Maintain compliance with postal regulations and company procedures Keep work areas organized, safe, and production-ready What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in mailing operations, mail processing, print production, fulfillment, or a similar production environment Experience operating mailing, inserting, sorting, or postage equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience High-volume mailing, fulfillment, print shop, or distribution center experience Familiarity with USPS mailing requirements and postal regulations Experience performing minor equipment maintenance and adjustments Why Join Us.
