We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service, the best quality products, and the most competitive prices in the market. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Grow Slab, Sink, and Tile Sales with Assigned Accounts  
  • Call on, Service, Grow, and Manage Relationships in all Assigned Fabricator Accounts 
  • Develop and Grow Underperforming or New Fabricator Accounts  
  • Identify Targets and Gain New Specifications through Growth Channels in Builder, Dealer, and K&B 
  • Develop and/or Provide Customers with Specific Product Programs for Slabs (Natural Stone, Quartz), Sinks (Kohler, Blanco, Crescent, etc.), and Tile (Crescent). 
  • Manage Customer Sample Programs – Replace and Update Samples and Displays as needed. 
  • Respond to Customer Needs, Requests, or Complaints with an Extreme Sense of Urgency  
  • Manage Orders and Follow Up on Potential Opportunities (i.e. Holds)  
  • Communicate Opportunities with Inside Sales (i.e. Referrals / Walk-ins) and Tool Sales Teams 
  • Send a Minimum of two (2) Mailchimp Campaigns Weekly 
  • Maintain a Call Log with Notes for Follow-Up, as well as a Lost Sales Log 
  • Perform Quarterly Business Review Meetings (in-person) with Top Accounts  
  • Maintain a Professional Attitude and Appearance (i.e. Dress Code) 
  • Be Solution-Based – Find a way to “YES”
