Job Summary
The Public Radio Membership Officer is responsible for supporting Troy Public Radio's fundraising efforts by working with members of the station's sustaining member program; assisting in planning the station's regular fund drives and mail campaigns; and directly responsible for overseeing the fund drive call center.
Minimum Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Related work experience
3. Experience working with clients and/or customers to provide friendly service and quickly resolve issues
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work well on projects both with a team and individually
6. Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working with or overseeing a membership program or client based service
2. Knowledge and familiarity with public radio and its mission
3. Experience working as a fundraiser or development officer
4. Experience working with a non-profit
5. Experience working with marketing platforms such as: Mailchimp, Buffer, or related applications
6. Experience working with Raiser's Edge
