Mailing Operator

Location: Plymouth, MI

Full-Time, Permanent Position

Are you experienced in mail processing, machine operation, and keeping production moving efficiently? We're looking for a detail-oriented Mailing Operator who takes pride in accuracy, quality, and meeting deadlines.

What You'll Do
  • Operate mailing equipment including inserters, postage meters, sorting machines, and related production equipment
  • Prepare, process, and distribute outgoing mail and packages accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor workflow to ensure production schedules and mailing deadlines are met
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic machine maintenance as needed
  • Verify addresses, postage, and mail sorting accuracy to maintain quality standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams on bulk mailings and special distribution projects
  • Maintain compliance with postal regulations and company procedures
  • Keep work areas organized, safe, and production-ready
