Job description

Lockbox Operator (Night Shift)

Location: Stockbridge, GA

Duration: 6-month contract

Pay Rate: $18.15/hr (W2)

Shift: Sundayโ€“Thursday | 8:30 PM โ€“ 5:00 AM (or until work is completed)

Job Summary

Lockbox Associate to support Treasury Management Operations within the Wholesale Lockbox Department. Responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, operating automated mail-sorting equipment, preparing outgoing mail/packages, and meeting strict production and SLA deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Operate the MPS40 automated mail sorter
  • Prepare and stage outgoing mail and lockbox batches accurately and on time
  • Monitor mail deliveries, courier pickups, and meet all mail-out deadlines
  • Complete daily reports, perform basic equipment maintenance, and escalate issues as needed
  • Support training, cross-training, and other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
  • 18+ years old with High School Diploma or GED
  • 1โ€“3 years of lockbox or related mailroom/production experience
  • Basic computer and office equipment skills
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines, perform physical tasks, and work overtime as required
