Lead Mail Services Associate

Irving, TX, USA

20.00-22.50 per hour

The Millennium Group (TMG) is an award winning business process outsourcing firm focused on print, mail, document scanning, reception, and related office support services for Fortune 500 companies, professional service firms, and institutions of higher education. TMG is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming mail and packages using the package tracking system.
  • Perform mail and package deliveries while accurately obtaining customer signatures upon receipt.
  • Process outgoing mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain inventory levels for office, mailroom, and shipping supplies.
  • Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience working in an office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with two to three years of experience using these tools.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic with a team-oriented and service-focused approach, and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude at all times.
  • Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage changing priorities.
  • Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
