Our Mail and Document Services department is currently seeking a data processor eDoc operator. This role is responsible for attaching documents to our claim files, helping to meet one business day service level agreement, and support HQ and Field Claims. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $13.46 - 17.86 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance.  

Be ready to:

  • process daily incoming emails and faxes
  • attach documents received via email and fax to our electronic claims files
  • support department and corporate goals

Be equipped with:

  • strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • knowledge of Adobe and CMS preferred
  • strong keyboard skills

Bring education and experience from:

  • a high school diploma
