Job Summary
- Position: Mailroom Clerk (Hospital Environment)
- Pay Rate: $20 - $23.50 per hour
- Dress Code: Black pants or khakis (no jeans), collared shirt, comfortable closed-toe shoes
- Driving: No driving required unless converted to permanent
- Interview Type: Prefer virtual interviews
- Work Location: Hospital mailroom
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sort incoming mail
- Deliver and pick up mail/packages to/from various hospital departments and surrounding areas
- Use a Pitney Bowes mail posting machine
- Physical Requirements:
- Lift packages weighing 50–55 lbs
- Walk and stand for most of the shift (outside of breaks)
- Wear a mask for majority of shift
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Job Type: Temporary
- Other Requirements:
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow directions
