Job Description
International & Interstate Transportation
  • Execute efficient multi-country and interstate transportation, ensuring on-time delivery while complying with cross-border regulations and company standards.
  • Manage and adapt routes dynamically to optimize time and resource allocation.

Wave Time Optimization & RGU Prioritization
  • Apply expertise in wave time scheduling to maximize resource utilization and meet delivery commitments.
  • Implement and monitor RGU (Resource Grid Utilization) strategies to achieve operational targets.

Strategic Time Implementation & Scale Planning
  • Analyze and adjust stem times daily to improve operational efficiency across all routes.
  • Collaborate with operations and planning teams to integrate real-time data into long-term scale planning.

Fleet Management Collaboration
  • Partner with the fleet management team to leverage analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to strategies involving vehicle maintenance schedules, operational cost control, and performance metric evaluations.
