Position Summary
CVS Specialty Pharmacy has an exciting opportunity for Pharmacists in our mail service pharmacy in Bartlett, TN.
As a pharmacist, you will have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals and provide leadership and guidance to supporting staff. This position is responsible for interacting with the health care professionals in the provision and coordination of customer care. Additionally, you will direct supportive personnel, such as PSR's and Pharmacy Technicians, in the daily activities they perform as it pertains to clinical and distributive activities. Ensure activities are performed to CVS Health standards and in accordance with written SOP's and regulatory constraints.

The Pharmacist has primary responsibility related to distributive services to ensure the correct medication and related items are appropriately picked, packed, and distributed to patients. Activities associated with these services include verifying orders that are prepared for delivery by supportive personnel in a manner that prevents errors from occurring. Hybrid position supporting clinical and fulfillment with flexible alternating schedule.You will be required to obtain nonresident licenses to meet the business needs.

Required Qualifications
Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Active license as a practicing pharmacist in TN
1+ years working experience as a licensed Pharmacist
Preferred Qualifications

1 year Pharmacy Specialty experience or PharmD

Licensed in other states: AL, AK, AR, CA, IL, KA, KY, LA, MI, MA, MS, NE, NV, OK, OR, TX, VA, WV
Education

Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy

The typical pay range for this role is:

$45.43 - $76.15

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
