Position Summary:
We are hiring a Mail Inserter Specialist to operate and maintain intelligent inserting systems, including W+D BB700 and Flowmaster inserters. The right candidate has strong mechanical and technical experience with mail finishing equipment and is comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and run intelligent inserters (e.g., W+D BB700, Flowmaster) for complex mailing jobs.
- Load materials and ensure accurate matching using camera/barcode systems.
- Perform mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance on inserters.
- Troubleshoot jams, misfeeds, or software issues during production.
- Ensure mailing accuracy, piece integrity, and postal compliance.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience running intelligent inserters.
- Hands-on experience with W+D and Flowmaster systems is strongly preferred.
- Technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of USPS mail requirements and workflow best practices would be a bonus.
