Courier and Supply Coordinator

Identifying Information: LCNB National Bank

Department: Client Care Center

Reports To: Brenda Roosa, Mail Statement Supply Coordinator / Kari Uhrig, Deposit Operations Officer

Location: Lebanon Operations Center

Status: Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., schedule may vary based on operational needs

Position Purpose:

LCNB National Bank is seeking a Part-Time Courier and Supply Coordinator. This role is responsible for timely and efficient delivery of documents and supplies across the LCNB footprint. The Courier also supports supply fulfillment and collaborates with internal associates and external vendors.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill supply order requests accurately and efficiently, including organizing, packing, and preparing orders for delivery
  • Distribute office supplies to the Main Office and Operations Center
  • Assist with ordering and approving branch supply orders
  • Stock and maintain vending machines at the Main Office and Operations Center
  • Travel between operations and branch locations to transport documents & supplies on a scheduled route
  • Collect and deliver mail daily, including running to the post office, country recorder, and license bureau
  • Collaborate on courier activities, including coordinating and scheduling pickups and deliveries as needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and supply distribution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations related to transportation and supply handling
  • Adhere to established security procedures when handling documents and materials
  • Complete back-office and operational support tasks as needed
  • Comprehend, retain and apply information as necessary to perform responsibilities effectively
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Competencies:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in courier services, logistics, supply fulfillment or customer service
  • Valid Driver’s License; must maintain a clean and safe driving record with familiarity of transportation regulations preferred
