Mail Sorter/ Payment Processor
SmartTalent is hiring! We are looking for a detail-oriented Mail Sorter Coordinator / Payment Processor to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
LOCATION: Seattle, WA
PAY: $21.30 - $21.30
SCHEDULE:
Schedule 1:
Monday - Friday 4am - 12:30pm

Mail Sorter Coordinator
• Greet couriers and receive incoming mail deliveries.
• Verify mail tray counts upon receipt.
• Scan FedEx labels into the overnight exception log.
• Confirm courier shipment emails match the number of boxes received.
• Perform quality checks on registered and overnight mail.
• Record daily tray counts.
• Sort mail by PO Box and distribute accordingly.
• Identify and separate missorted mail for shipping.
• Communicate mail volume updates for new clients during onboarding.
• Ensure work is completed according to company SOPs and production procedures.
• Coordinate workflow and distribute work among team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow all company security, confidentiality, health, and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of one (1) year of data entry experience.
