As an Inside Sales Representative (Closer), you will play a pivotal role in driving new business and expanding our client base, working remotely within a supportive, high-performance sales environment.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting high-volume outbound phone calls using provided leads to engage prospects and close sales
  • Following a proven sales process and scripts to qualify prospects, handle objections, and secure deals—often within 1–2 conversations
  • Maintaining accurate records of dispositions, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM to ensure a clean sales pipeline
  • Meeting daily and weekly KPIs, including dials, talk time, contacts, and closes
  • Participating in ongoing coaching, training, and call reviews to continuously improve performance

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–7 years of high-volume, quota-carrying sales experience with a proven history of personally closing deals

  • Experience using a CRM to track opportunities, follow-ups, and pipeline status
  • Experience following a structured sales process using scripts and talk tracks

  • Professional fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States

  • Compensation expectations align with On-Target Earnings of $65,000–$125,000+ (base plus uncapped commission/incentives)
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced sales environment
  • Familiarity with digital and direct-mail marketing solutions
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining a clean sales pipeline
  • Comfort with call recording, feedback, and structured coaching
  • Experience working with high-volume lead lists
