Step into a new opportunity as a Mail Clerk, where you will assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, learn company products and services to better assist others, and coordinate with other departments when needed. Additional duties include handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, manage simple records and enter information accurately, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, as well as support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
