Position Type:  Full time, W-2 employee of Magnus Management Group (40 hrs. a week) 
Contract length: 5 years 

Senior Administrative Support / Project Information Specialist
 
(NonExempt) 

Minimum Qualifications
 
  • At least 7 years of administrative management or relevant work experience 
  • College degree required in business or information management and/or related 
  • All personnel under this contract must meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications:  
  • Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases, such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 

Administrative & Organizational Management
 
  • Experience in creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures 
  • Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements 
  • Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff 
  • Experience with other administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and/or budget/finance 
  • Experience with travel management 

Information & Records Management
 
  • Experience in information and records management 

Technical & IT Proficiency
 
  • Proficient in the use of a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems
