Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
  • Eligible for Wisconsin licensure
  • ACLS (through American Heart Association), BLS and PALS

Practice Details:

  • Based at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital and the Surgery & Care Center
  • Facilities include:
    • 12 ORs + 3 cardiovascular ORs
    • 3 endoscopy rooms
    • 3 OB suites
    • Multiple imaging procedure rooms
    • Outpatient Surgery Center with 8 ORs + 2 Endoscopy suites
    • SSM Health SPOC (Sun Prairie Outpatient Surgery Center) - 6 OR's
  • Diverse case mix: general surgery, ortho, ENT, GI, vascular, cardiothoracic, neuro, healthy peds, OB
  • Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts (Mon–Fri)
  • Shared call coverage (1st, 2nd, 3rd call + occasional weekends)
