WV - location 200-220k, plus bonus and a sign on and relocation. CEO small hospital job opening: MUST HAVE hospital background/experience! Hospital is about 100 beds. Responsibilities include such as overseeing operations, budget development, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance. ยท 350+ employees ยท 8 direct reports Qualifications: ยท Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Healthcare field. ยท 5+ years of management experience at the Director/C-Level in the healthcare industry. ยท 2-3 years in a Senior Management role. Serve as the strategic leader of the executive team Coming out of executive committees Serve as the executive officer with day-to-day responsibility for the management and operation of the hospital Serve in one or more executive developmental assignments that will enhance ability to perform at the executive level Serve as point of contact for the daily business of the executive(s) Build an executive operations and compliance team to operate the institution Evaluate and direct the executive management team on a day to day basis Build the company's culture Serve as chief liaison with specific community groups Providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the board of directors and the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies Provide cross-functional leadership and drive completion of strategic initiatives at the senior executive level across all aspects of marketing Set the company's strategy and direction Provide analytical support to assist executive on special projects Manage select growth initiatives that are of high strategic importance to the company Expect that from a big payments company Oversee company operations to achieve planned performance goals Provide manufacturing-engineering and quality executive assistant functions Serve as the executive officer with day-to-day responsibility for the management and operation of the residential treatment center Understand how difficult be to send child to treatment, which be why focus on making the process Creating an environment and culture that enables the hospital to fulfill mission by meeting or exceeding goals, conveying the hospital mission to all staff, motivating staff
