The Opportunity

Our Global Talent Development team is accelerating leadership capability and organizational effectiveness across Adobe. As a Senior Manager, Organization Effectiveness & Executive Development, you will play a critical role in enabling our most senior leaders to deliver against Adobe's most important business priorities.

Reporting to the Head of Org Effectiveness & Executive Development, you will act as a seasoned organizational effectiveness consultant, partnering closely with senior leaders and HRBPs to diagnose complex business challenges and develop targeted solutions. This role requires strong business insight, consulting expertise, and executive-level program design capability to translate business strategy into high-impact leadership and organizational solutions.

What you'll do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sr. Director and VP+ leaders, providing expert consultation on organizational, leadership, and business challenges.
  • Diagnose root causes and lead organization effectiveness engagements across org design, senior team effectiveness, culture, and operating models.
  • Design and deliver executive development solutions and experiences aligned to business priorities and enterprise leadership capability needs.
  • Translate business strategy into scalable leadership and organizational engagements that drive measurable impact.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Development, and Talent Management to deliver integrated, business-aligned solutions.
  • Influence senior leaders to adopt new approaches that improve alignment, clarity, and execution.
  • Leverage data and insights to define success metrics and continuously evolve solutions and offerings.

What you need to succeed

  • 10-14+ years of experience in organization effectiveness, leadership development, or management consulting.
  • Combination of industry and professional services/consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record advising and influencing senior executives on complex organizational and business challenges.
  • Experience designing and delivering executive-level development and organizational interventions in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Deep expertise across:
    • Organizational design and operating models
    • Change management and transformation
    • Senior leadership team effectiveness
    • Culture change and organizational health
  • Strong business and financial competence, with the ability to connect leadership and organization decisions to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional consulting, influence, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and executive presence that engage and challenge senior leaders

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,400 -- $251,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $173,900 - $251,900

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
