Expected Role Challenges
Setting up and operating multiple CNC machines with minimal supervision.
Maintaining tight dimensional tolerances and producing parts that meet quality standards.
Interpreting complex blueprints, GD&T requirements, and engineering drawings accurately.
Troubleshooting machine setup, tooling, and machining issues independently.
Balancing productivity, quality, and machine uptime.
Performing precision inspections and ensuring first-pass quality.
Transitioning between CNC and manual machining when required.
Maintaining consistency across short-run and production machining jobs.
