Job description

As a CNC Boring Mill/Mill Machinist. You will play a critical role in our job shop environment. You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC boring mills to precisely manufacture parts and components according to engineering specifications. Your expertise in machining and ability to hold high precision tolerances will be essential in ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC boring mills.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
  • Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures.
  • Monitor machinery during operation to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Verify the dimensions of finished workpieces for conformance to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the machining process.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:
