Manufacture and complete necessary parts and components for various product lines including but not limited to:
- Plastic (poly) sizing and finish machining
- Rubber graphite sizing and finish machining
- Mechanical parts and finished assemblies
Principle Accountabilities:
- Machine and complete custom part orders (training provided)
- Assemble and test various mechanical equipment (training provided)
- Utilize different types of measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, etc.
- Record keeping – complete paperwork for each job accurately and neatly
- Operate tow motor (training provided)
Requirements:
- Proficient at blueprint reading
- Ability to use dial calipers and micrometers
- Machining operating background including:
-CNC lathe
-CNC milling machines
-CNC router tables
-Manual milling machines
-Manual lathe
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
- Work in a high-paced environment
- Willingness to cross train and assist in other areas as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in different machining techniques and practices
- Self-starter-able to work in a team atmosphere
- Must have or willing to purchase own tools
Schedule:
7:00AM – 3:30pm (5-day work week)
Occasional overtime during the work week
