What will your day look like:
•    Review and comprehend blueprints, along with any related process sheets or job sheets.
•    Maintain the equipment assigned to you by following oiling and lubrication protocols.
•    Complete the required maintenance checklists as needed.
•    Perform deburring and cleaning of parts as directed by management.
•    Preserve product integrity throughout all stages of production, from manufacturing to packaging and delivery.
•    Operate the machines assigned to you in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring you are properly trained by authorized personnel for each machine.
•    Inspect parts according to the standards outlined in the Quality Manual.
•    Familiarize yourself with the manual and key quality concepts of ISO9002, and how they apply to your role at every stage.

What we are looking for:

•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    2+ years of CNC Set up Mill and/or Lathe experience preferred
•    Ability to read and understand blueprints
•    Experienced in using measurement tools
•    Basic math calculations
