Assistant Machine Helper 2nd shift but must be able to train on 1st shift.

The Assistant Machine Helper plays a critical role in supporting the manufacturing process within the non-durable goods sector by ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and safely. This position involves assisting machine operators with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. The Machine Helper contributes to quality control by monitoring equipment performance and reporting any irregularities or malfunctions promptly. This role requires close collaboration with the production team to meet daily output targets while adhering to safety and operational standards. Ultimately, the Machine Helper helps sustain a productive manufacturing environment that supports the timely delivery of high-quality non-durable goods.

Minimum Qualifications:
