The Role

As a STRONG Instructor, you'll bring energy, rhythm, and precision to every class - guiding clients through workouts that challenge, transform, and empower. You'll build community, celebrate milestones, and deliver the kind of experience that keeps clients coming back for more. 

You Will: 

  • Lead unforgettable classes that blend cardio intensity with Pilates control and flow - powered by music, lights, and your presence. 
  • Bring the energy every time. Create a high-performance environment that pushes clients to new limits while keeping it fun, safe, and inclusive. 
  • Coach with intention. Provide precise cueing, movement correction, and motivation that meets each client where they are. 
  • Train through STRONG Academy. Gain exclusive access to our in-depth instructor certification and onboarding program designed to help you master the STRONG method, enhance your coaching, and set you up for success. 
  • Know your people. Learn names, celebrate milestones, and welcome every new face - building community one class at a time. 
  • Master the room. Balance lights, music, and timing while maintaining seamless flow and control from start to finish. 
  • Be the face of STRONG. Represent the brand inside and outside the studio with authenticity, professionalism, and pride. 
  • Collaborate and grow. Partner with your team to drive memberships, support presale efforts, and shape the culture of new studios as we scale nationwide. 
  • Own your space. Keep the studio clean, elevated, and ready for every client who walks through the door. 

What You Bring: 

  • 6+ months of group fitness teaching experience (Pilates, HIIT, cycling, barre, or similar) 
  • A passion for movement, performance, and people 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire 
  • Flexibility and reliability - you bring the energy, we bring the opportunity 

Preferred: 

  • Certified Personal Trainer or recognized Pilates certification 
  • Current CPR & AED certification
