Job description

Have you worked in construction with grinders or other power tools? If so, this Manufacturing Associate role could be your next career move! 

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with 6 months of construction or manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work and learning new skills.

Our client designs and manufactures machine bases for the semiconductor industry in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll grind and prepare metal parts that are essential to building high-tech equipment.

This role offers competitive pay, stability, and the chance to cross-train in grinding, powder coat prep, paint prep, and assembly—perfect for someone who wants variety and to get started quickly.

Manufacturing Associate job duties can include: 
  • Use hand and power tools such as grinders and pneumatic tools
  • Measure and grind metal parts using tape measures and work instructions
  • Support the manufacturing process for machine base production
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Assist with welding and fabrication processes, including tack welding rebar to metal frames
  • Pour concrete into forms and remove forms after curing
Who Should Apply
  • At least 6 months of construction or manufacturing experience
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Experience reading tape measures
  • Ability to follow written work instructions
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Pay: $21–22 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule Options: 
  • Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Swing Shift Monday - Friday, 1:00pm- 9:30pm
  • Overtime available on Saturdays and before/after shifts
