About the role:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting production equipment to ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining consistent production flow, identifying and responding to equipment issues, and ensuring all work is completed in compliance with safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to support production goals and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

You’ll get to:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to maintain efficient and consistent output.

• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to help minimize downtime.

• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and production schedules.

• Identify and report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors or maintenance.

• Support setup, changeovers, and cleaning of equipment as needed.

• Ensure products meet quality standards through visual checks and basic measurements.

• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.

• Follow all safety guidelines, GMPs, and company policies at all times.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily production goals.

Must-haves:

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation.

• Ability to follow instructions, safety rules, and standard operating procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and stand for extended periods.

• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as needed.
