All Shifts Available
No Experience - NO Problem and training can be provided

We are seeking Machine Operators to join a fast paced manufacturing team in the Fox Valley, WI Area. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay Range: $24-$26 per hour starting pay (depending on experience and shift)

Shift: All shifts-8 hour and 12 hour 2/2/3

What's the Job?

  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes
  • Perform quality checks and document results accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report problems promptly
  • Follow detailed instructions and adhere to production schedules

What's Needed?

  • Prior experience is preferred for Machine Operators. Training can be provided for entry level candidates
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Availability to work the specified shifts and days
