Summary - Quality Inspector - CMM: The quality assurance inspector will be response for the inspection of CNC machined parts.

Responsibility Summary - Quality Inspector - CMM:

  • Inspection of CNC machined parts including CMM inspections (both programming and operation)
  • Documentation of inspection results
  • Generate Nonconforming Product Reports (NCP) for rejected parts/assemblies at all phases of manufacturing/production
  • Final Assembly inspections and first article inspections
  • Upkeep of inspection control plans

Qualification Summary - Quality Inspector - CMM:

  • 2+ years of experience performing quality inspections on CNC machined parts 
  • Experience utilizing precision measurement tools inclusive of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
  • Ability to operate and program CMM's
  • Basic math skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints, experience working in tight tolerances
  • Microsoft excel experience preferred
