We are seeking a Machine Operator to support a high-speed packaging line. This role is responsible for operating packaging equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient production environment.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate high-speed packaging machinery

• Set up machines according to product specifications

• Monitor metal detectors, check weighers, and scales

• Perform quality, net weight, and label checks

• Replenish packaging materials (film, labels, etc.)

• Complete production and QA paperwork

• Follow GMP, Safety, and Allergen Control procedures

• Assist with changeovers and machine cleaning

• Support Packers and move materials as needed

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Previous Machine Operator experience in manufacturing required

• Food manufacturing or GMP experience preferred

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Basic math and computer skills required

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently (up to 80 lbs with assistance)

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment with spice dust exposure

• Must complete pre-employment screenings (E-Verify, drug test, and background check)
