Job description

Job Description:
- Milling: Manufacture and machining of parts according to drawings, creating CAM programs for machining, and independent quality control of the milled components.
- Cylindrical Grinding: Manufacture and machining of parts according to drawings, and independent quality control of the created components
- Eroding: Manufacture and machining of parts according to drawings, creating programs for editing, independent quality control of the created components, and management of the electrode store
- All: Independent operation of machines, carrying out/cooperating with maintenance work on machines according to specifications, entry of dimensional changes in drawings, and independently ensuring the necessary quality and quantity.
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in the Injection mold, Blow molding, or compression molding assembly and disassembly of mold tools and repair of mold tools. Hot runners experience a must.
- Tools needed for the position: Calipers, Micrometer, depth mic, Indicator, drive pin punches, 6” and 12” scale, layout scribes.
- Must be able to measure and work in Metric and SAE.
- Must be able to identify the different parts of a blueprint and able to understand where to obtain needed data.
- Comfortable working in a LEAN manufacturing environment.
- Overtime is required
- Must have METAL working experience with

  2. Surface grinders
  3. Engine lathe
  4. Polishing molds to a SPI finish #1
- Must have experience in a mold or die shop environment. Including and not limited to taping holes, repair of damage holes, welding and repair of parting lines.
