Our customers know us for our outstanding machine tool services and custom machine tool products. We are looking for only the โ€œbest of the bestโ€ to manage sales for our West Coast territory. Are you hardworking, thick-skinned, highly motivated by commissions, and currently a sales-producing rockstar? If youโ€™re not, donโ€™t bother to apply.


Job Responsibilities


As a West Coast Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for servicing existing customers, generating leads, and closing new business. The candidate must be a motivated self-starter, possess strong communication skills, have a high degree of personal integrity, and be driven for success. Other responsibilities include:

  • Integrating sales and individual activity into our CRM system
  • Developing new accounts, servicing existing accounts, and generating new leads to ensure the territory is effectively covered and supported
  • Creating annual business plans and sales strategies for the territory to meet company sales goals and profitability
  • Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines and services represented by the company

Job Requirements


  • 3 to 5 Years of proven sales experience with machine tool solutions technology
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho is preferred)
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge of machine tool technology
  • Previous experience with machine tools is required.
  • Manage incoming sales leads from the website and phone calls
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business with new and existing customers.
  • Exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Regularly travel to perform customer site visits to determine needs and solutions, and obtain detailed information for estimates and proposals
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no significant violations.


Benefits:

Compensation can start DOE from $75,000.00+ per year plus commissions. With your successful commissioned sales you have the potential of earning 100K-250K per year.


The compensation package includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits packages (Medical, Dental Vision), a generous vacation package, including 10 company-paid holidays, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Due to DoD contractual obligations and the requirement to obtain a U.S. government security clearance, this position requires U.S. Citizenship.
