Smith & Sons Machine Inc., established in 1927, is a 4th generation, family-owned Machine shop located in Brockton MA. We are a full-service Machine shop specializing in machine repair, welding, fabrication, on site repair and mechanical expertise.

Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role to oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth running of all areas of the business. Responsible for addressing operational issues and implementing solutions to improve workflow and efficiency to meet production deadlines. Tasks include managing processes, staff performance and ensuring compliance with companyโ€™s policies.


Qualifications:


ยท      3-5 years of hands-on experience in machining/manufacturing industry required; precision manufacturing preferred

ยท      Experience in operational process optimization and workflow management
