Job description

Overview

Shift: Monday through Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm

The CNC Turret Helper plays a key role in supporting the CNC Turret Operator in the fabrication of sheet metal components. This position ensures efficient workflow by assisting with material handling, part preparation, and basic quality checks. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, reliable, and eager to learn within a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the CNC Turret Operator with daily production tasks
  • Handle raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently
  • Sort, organize, and stage parts for downstream processes
  • Perform deburring and basic finishing of fabricated components
  • Conduct visual inspections and simple quality checks to ensure part accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Support overall workflow to keep production running smoothly

    Qualifications
  • Prior manufacturing or machine shop experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    Work Environment
