Position Overview:


We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join our leadership team and drive the successful execution of new store development, renovations and . This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and results-oriented leader to shape the future of retail experiences within our network of airport shops. 


As the Project Manager, you will oversee the developmentof retail concepts from store design to ribbon cutting will collaborate with executive leadership, operations, development, merchandising, finance, and external partners to bring innovative retail solutions to life while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

 

What You'll Do:


Strategic Leadership


  • Champion the project management function and establish best-in-class governance, methodologies, and reporting practices.
  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of new store development, renovations and ongoing maintenance.
  • Manage RFPs for architectural, design, GC and other trades as they pertain to new store development, renovations and ongoing maintenance. 
  • Oversee the budget and timeline for these projects.
  • Coordinate with our partner brands as needed for the development of third-party branded airport shops.


 

Project & Program Delivery


  • Direct complex, multi-site projects new store openings, renovations, concession transitions, technology implementations, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies.


Stakeholder & Partner Management


  • Build strong relationships with airport authorities, landlords, brand partners, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate executive-level communication and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

 

Financial & Operational Excellence


  • Manage capital expenditure programs and project budgets with a focus on maximizing return on investment.
  • Establish key performance indicators and monitor project outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.

 


What You Bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience, with significant leadership responsibility.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, multi-location projects within travel retail, airport concessions, retail, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing capital projects and budget management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience working within airports, transportation, hospitality, or concession environments.
  • Knowledge of retail construction, store development, facilities, and operational project delivery.
  • Expertise with project management tools and portfolio management systems.
