Position Overview

We are seeking a Machine Shop Helper to join our Manufacturing team at our Euclid, Ohio facility.

This entry-level manufacturing position supports the day-to-day operation of the machine shop by assisting machinists, preparing and moving materials, maintaining organized work areas, and completing basic production and finishing activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and interested in developing skills and building a career in advanced manufacturing.


First Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Pay: $20.50 per hour

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist machinists and production employees with daily machine shop activities and material preparation
  • Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials, work-in-process, tooling, and finished products
  • Perform basic part cleaning, deburring, finishing, and preparation activities as assigned
  • Support machine setup and production activities under the direction of experienced operators and machinists
  • Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment while following established work instructions
  • Maintain clean and organized machines, workstations, and production areas in accordance with 5S standards
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures while completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
