With several locations across MS, AL, LA, FL, and TX, LMC performs service and repairs, both on-site and in the field, in addition to the sales, leases and rentals of heavy and compact equipment. 


Not only have we been the #1 Komatsu Market Share Dealer in North America for the past 7 years, but we have also been Dealer of the Year for many of our other OEMs with whom we've partnered. As we continue to grow, we are looking for HIGH-energy, self-motivated employees who work well with others and/or independently in a safe manner.


Due to our steady growth, we are looking to add Technicians to our team.  


Duties: 

  • Diagnosis and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with machinery
  • Read and understand machine schematics
  • Fabricate and weld as necessary for task completion
  • Follow federal and shop safety guidelines and protocol
  • Ability to recondition and repair equipment and components
  • Communicate with management and other departments to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction
  • Complete necessary paperwork for warranty and shop compliance 
  • Other work-related duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Must possess your own tools
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on equipment repair experience
  • Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as necessary
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize to meet time restraints
  • Attend company and product training for career advancements


Physical: 

  • Ability to see in full range color
  • Ability to knee, bend, twist, lift and squat to service equipment on the ground
  • Must have excellent hand dexterity to include firm grasping
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to work in any weather environment
  • Occasional exposure to loud noises
