Position Summary

The Barista provides exceptional customer service by preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive guest experience.

  • Prepare and serve espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, smoothies, and other menu items according to company recipes and presentation standards.

  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems.

  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, seating areas, and equipment throughout the shift.
