Job Title: Shop Maintenance Helper
Our company is seeking a reliable Shop Maintenance Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our shop, as well as assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Willing to Help out Mechanics around the shop with minor jobs and extra hand.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and organize the shop on a daily basis
- Willing to Help out the mechanics around the shop with minor jobs , extra hand
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Assist Parts/Inventory
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance and or janitorial role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
