Location: Columbia, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $60,000–$90,000 + Commission
Pay Type: Salary + Commission
Pay Schedule: Annual Salary

Experience Required: 3+ Years Automotive Management or Service Leadership

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the automotive repair shop to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
  • Supervise, hire, mentor, and develop service advisors and technicians.
  • Monitor KPIs, shop performance, productivity, and operational goals.
  • Coordinate daily workflow, staffing, and scheduling to maximize shop efficiency and profitability.
  • Oversee inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships to support efficient shop operations.
  • Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure shop operations meet company safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team environment while supporting employee development.
  • Represent AutoStream Car Care Center within the local community while helping strengthen customer relationships and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of automotive management or service leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.

  • Available to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.
