Ready to jump into a hands-on role and grow your skills? We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Helper to join our team! In this position, you will support daily shop operations, assist technicians, and help keep the shop clean, safe, and running smoothly. If you enjoy working with tools, equipment, and being part of a strong team, this opportunity is for you.

⚙️ Job Responsibilities

• Aid in the shop as required by production.
• Assist technicians with basic tasks, including moving equipment and preparing tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing results as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

✅ Experience / Education Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of general shop experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic hand tools, power tools, and related equipment.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to read schematics preferred.
