Facilities Shop Manager

We are seeking a Facilities Shop Manager for our two facilities in Broomfield, Colorado who can plan, build and maintain laboratories, propulsion facilities, machine shop and engineering infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and optimize laboratory and machine shop layouts
  • Lead capital equipment selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning
  • Manage explosive-safe work areas and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee machine shop operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement
  • Manage facility utilities, infrastructure, and preventive maintenance
  • Coordinate facility expansions, renovations, and new construction projects
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, EHS, and vendors to support business growth
  • Ensure facility readiness, safety, and operational reliability
