We're supporting a well-established heavy civil manufacturing and industrial services company with a strong presence across major industrial and O&G sectors in a search for a Fabrication Shop Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing fabrication processes, managing shop personnel, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for day-to-day fabrication shop operations
  • Lead production across cutting, welding, machining, and assembly
