Job Announcement: Shop Foreman

Dominion Steel, LLC

Dominion Steel, LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and Spanish) and possess strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and detail sheets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily shop operations and personnel.
  • Ensure production schedules are met with quality and efficiency.
  • Interpret blueprints and detail sheets to guide fabrication processes.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management in both English and Spanish.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure proper use of materials and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a steel fabrication shop.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and detail sheets.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
