Essential Job Functions may include:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Machine feeding, set ups, operation of automated and robotic welding machines

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Monitor and set up machinery for optimal performance

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Sanding, grinding and deburring of metals

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Work with hand, power, and pneumatic tools

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform quality and visual inspection of final welds

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assemble and fabricate metal structure according to work specifications

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Read and interpret diagrams and blueprints of the process

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Efficiently and safely load machines with required parts and identify any issues that ariseย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Participate in the Continuous Improvement Programย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Must successfully pass assessment testing

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Prefer knowledge of welding, gluing, metal finish, ultrasonic weld inspection, weld destruct, hydraulic, pneumatic, metal processing or data processing

Qualifications:

Required 4 years relevant experience; OR relevant certificate 3 years relevant experience; OR relevant associates degree 1 year relevant experience

Preferred: 5 years relevant experience; OR relevant certificate 4 years relevant experience; OR relevant associates degree 2 years relevant experience.
