Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for the position of Shop Floor All Around. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in a factory or warehouse environment, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with various tools and equipment.

Duties

  • Duties will change daily as per the needs of the shop. These duties can include, but are not limited to: sorting parts, wrapping skids, deburring parts, helping the laser operator and or the waterjet operator, running parts through the sander, helping at the press, sweeping the floor, monitoring/ running a machine, etc.
  • Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently as needed.
  • Assist in the movement of materials and products throughout the facility, including operating forklifts when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and machinery relevant to assembly and fabrication processes.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.
  • Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
  • Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided for qualified candidates.

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

M-TH 7:30-4:30

F 7:30-11:30

Paid lunch and breaks.
