Job description

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Fiberglass Finisher to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a temporary opportunity with potential for extended work depending on business needs. Ideal candidates will have experience working with fiberglass, acrylic materials, hand tools, and manufacturing processes.

  • Skills and knowledge in auto bodywork, auto detailing, and fiberglass finishing

Responsibilities:
• Sanding and finishing acrylic and fiberglass products
• Assisting with thermal forming of acrylic materials
• Supporting fiberglass product manufacturing and assembly
• Reading and assembling products to drawing specifications
• Loading and unloading deliveries as needed
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and shop organization
• Following SOPs and workplace safety procedures
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience fabricating, fitting, aligning, or assembling composite or metal products
• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings/designs
• Experience using hand and power tools including drills, circular saws, grinders, and sanders
• Fiberglass experience is a strong plus
• Knowledge of acrylic or ABS materials is helpful but not required
• Comfortable working in a heated shop environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Requirements:

  • Able to pass a Background check and a drug test
